We can now announce the first three flavours in our gin liqueur range.

We’ve chosen traditionally English recipes. Rhubarb and Ginger, Hazelnut and Apple.

Lower in alcohol and sweeter than their stablemates, these are perfect served with lemonade, neat over ice or added to a glass of Prosecco. Our new gift set makes the perfect Mother’s Day present!

The Quest for the Perfect Mixer

I’m not going to lie! One of the best things about my job is the research and development that goes into making sure that Lytham Gin and Lytham Rum make the perfect drink every time. And this involves tasting it. And trying it with different mixers to see which work best.

We’ve recently discovered The Artisan Drinks Co and have paired our gins and rums with some of their mixers so successfully that we are going to be stocking them in our new tasting room and also selling them in our online shop.
