Lytham St Annes Lifeboat 175th Anniversary Spiced Rum
Created in collaboration with Lytham St Annes Lifeboat to commemorate an incredible 175 years of saving lives at sea, this limited-edition Spiced Rum celebrates the history and courage of the people behind one of our community's most important institutions.
The rum itself is modelled on our much-loved Lytham Original Spiced Rum
A rich, smooth and warming spiced rum full of character, created to be equally enjoyable served simply with a mixer or as the base of a cocktail.
The commemorative label was designed especially for the 175th anniversary and brings together some of the most recognisable elements of our local coastline. Lytham Windmill and St Annes Pier feature alongside an illustration inspired by the early lifeboats used when the station was first established in 1851, creating a bottle that tells a little of the story behind 175 years of lifesaving on the Fylde Coast.
To mark this remarkable milestone, the first 175 bottles will be individually numbered by hand, one for each year of the station's history, making the first release particularly special for collectors, supporters and anyone with a connection to Lytham St Annes.
Most importantly, this bottle has been created to give something back. After tax, 42% of the profit from every bottle sold will be donated to the RNLI, helping to support the lifesaving work that continues on our coastline today.
