Delivery to the UK mainland only. For other destinations please contact us to discuss custom delivery options. We aim to get all orders to you within 3-5 working days but this may be longer at busy periods. We use a third party courier and on occasion we do experience breakages or delays. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues, either re-sending or refunding any items that do not make it to you.
We deliver across the UK mainland via various couriers including APC and Royal Mail. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Sandgrown Spirits and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it’s at all damaged, don’t sign for it but hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after you’ve signed for it, please email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number.
To purchase products from Sandgrown Spirits, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside.
refunds & returns policy
As spirit lovers, we know that flavours and what people like are very personal things. We think you will love our products, but we will accept returns for any reason, all we ask is that you let us know why you are returning the item and that the bottle is nearly full and sealed, once returned you will be refunded in full.
We do not accept cancellations for events, however, we are happy to re-schedule your booking to an alternative date.
