We deliver to UK mainland addresses only using trusted couriers including APC and Royal Mail. For other destinations, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
We aim to deliver orders within 2–3 working days, although this may take longer during busy periods. A signature is required on delivery, at which point responsibility for the order passes to the recipient.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible. If you discover damage after accepting your order, contact us immediately at info@sandgrownspirits.co.uk with your order number. In the event of damage, breakage or a failed delivery, we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase alcohol from Sandgrown Spirits.
refunds & returns policy
As spirit lovers, we know that flavours and what people like are very personal things. We think you will love our products, but we will accept returns for any reason, all we ask is that you let us know why you are returning the item and that the bottle is nearly full and sealed, once returned you will be refunded in full.
We do not accept cancellations for events, however, we are happy to re-schedule your booking to an alternative date.
