NOSE : Strawberry, fresh juniper, and hints of lime.

PALATE: Smooth, sweet with Strawberry and a hint of zesty lime.

Our Strawberry and Lime Gin makes a sensational Strawberry Smash, 50ml Gin, 15ml Simple Syrup, smashed mint leaves, gin-soaked strawberries, lots of crushed ice, topped up with soda water and served in a highball glass.
